Jeg har siden 1994 været med på det stærke team hos Pettinaroli A/S, først som salgs- og marketingchef og siden 2002 som administrerende direktør. Vi servicerer hver dag det danske og nordeuropæiske marked med kvalitetskomponenter, komfortsystemer samt SmartHome løsninger til VVS-branchen. Was appointed assistant manager in 1995 and CEO in 2002. I have been on the board of directors since Aquired 50% of the shares of Pettinaroli A/S from January 2008. The other 50% are owned by Fratelli Pettinaroli SpA, Italy. Main areas of responsibilities- business development and strategic planning - financing - major account relations - relations to the Fratelli Pettinaroli Group (50% owner at Pettinaroli A/S) In 2009 I entered into the wine and spirits industry by acquiring a retail store in Denmark together with Helle Svaneborg Pedersen. The shop is a franchise of H.J. Hansen Vin A/S, Odense, Denmark and is today situated in the very centre of Fredericia. In contrary to the B2B sales at Pettinaroli A/S I wanted to work in a job situation where rewards immediately follows your efforts which they certainly do in the B2C situation in the shop. I do have experiences in HR, R&D, Marketing and Project Management. Participates in several ERFA-networks (managers networks) and I am especially interested in methods of inspiring employees without salary as a tool/motivator.
