I am a financial professional with extensive and varied experience in the financial services/banking industry with a concentration in banking operations management, relationship management, and customer service. Independent, self-motivated, and responsible. Customer service and people-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. I have experience in the accounting, deposit, loan, and information services areas of financial institutions. In addition, I was employed for ten years as a client support analyst with a data center which ran core processing systems for community banks and savings institutions. In that role, I gained experience communicating with Senior Management of my clients regarding their needs, requests, and issues in order to maintain and cultivate our relationship. I have a demonstrated record of success and advancement. I have a passion for customer service. Much of my career has centered on providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
