Senior executive engineer with over 40 years of successful operations management, engineering administration, sales, program and project management, planning, design, and construction services for environmental and civil engineering projects. Extensive experience with water and wastewater systems requiring a broad understanding of complex technical issues. Specific industry experience includes: • Participation in design of water treatment facilities; above and below-grade reservoirs to 20 MG; wells to 3,200 gpm; pumps to 500 Hp; pipelines to 96-inches in diameter; and flow metering and control valves. Treatment experience includes surface water, groundwater under the influence of surface water, and iron and manganese removal. • Participation in wastewater treatment plant studies and design including infrastructure evaluations; permitting; additions and modifications to activated sludge processes; and facility rehabilitation. Study, design and construction of liquid chemical systems; equipment replacements; lift stations; odor control; and pipelines from 4 to 120-inches in diameter. • Manager for pilot studies; infrastructure condition assessments; and SCADA system studies, design, and construction. • Duties involving storm water facilities; structural evaluations and design; QA/QC reviews; and litigation support. • Experience in delivering constructed projects utilizing alternate project delivery methods of Job Order Contracting, CM@Risk and Design-Build.
