About Kim Thompson

I am Manager for HCL Tech Global Provisioning- Latam region. I am responsible for service delivery and managing the Latam network focusing on providing a first-class customer experience, and maintaining exceptional services to our enterprise and wholesale customers across the globe. The team that I lead is responsible for technical validation, telco provisioning, circuit design in Latam region, and focused on growing and maintaining Verizon’s network within our global footprint. I am a subject manner expert for Latam region internet products for Verizon With over 20 years’ experience with Verizon, I have held numerous positions. Previously roll I was Project Manager for Service Delivery Latam region, providing strategic guidance to improve speed of delivery and quality of service thus enabling revenue growth to the business. I was Team lead for Latam team ensure telco provisionor had the support they needed to do their job and oversee any major projects. Prior to that I was Telco provisionor responsible for technical validation, service delivery and circuit design for the Latam region. During that role I over saw decommission project that resulted in over 2M month cost savings. I holds Bachelors of Science degree in Japanese Studies emphasis International Business and Computer Science from Salem-Teikyo University.
