With many years of experience in the hospitality industry and corporate housing, most recently a Dual Sales Manager. I have earned certificates from Starwood, IHG, Hilton, Virgin Voyages and National Geographic for sales productivity and excellence, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in the field. I am responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for dual properties in the region. My core competencies include leadership, human resources management, problem resolution, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management and relationship building. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to my clients and partners, as well as driving operational and sales improvements through process and technological adaptations. Some of my recent achievements include, assisting the Hampton Inn to reach 2024 Hotel of the year within the management company, achieving largest growth YOY in revenue/ RevPAR. Other property accomplishments include increased occupancy by 23%, revenue by $1.5 million, and average daily rate by $3.80, as well as creating a sales and marketing code tracking system.
