About Kim Vinyard

Kim has experience leading the international finance teams for the Apache, Chinook, V22 and P8 platforms crossing several Boeing sites. In this role she has experience in developing, analyzing, and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs), Long Range Business Plans (LRBPs) and Financial Forecasts (orders, revenue, earnings and cash). In addition, she develops and maintains cost and schedule performance measurement baselines, including Earned Value Management (EVM) – with an EVM Gold Medallion Certification. She provides performance reports and initiates variance analysis to provide understanding of operational and financial performance. Kim also has experience in Financial Planning where she was the integrator for Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). In this role she analyzed business opportunities by assimilating strategic plans and business cases, reviewed Financial Forecasts and Long Range Business Plan results and projections to provide visibility of financial performance to internal stakeholders. Kim was hired into the Business Skills Rotation Program (BSRP) where she managed the financials for the F-18 and T-45 programs. Kim is a graduate of the Global Services & Support (GS & S) Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) where she held the Finance role on the Governance Team in the integral first year. This 4 member Mesa Governance Team created and implemented the GS & S program which now crosses 15+ domestic sites and includes several international sites.
