About Kim Webb

As a seasoned higher education health and wellness leader, I have dedicated my career to advancing trauma-informed, intersectional approaches to violence response, prevention, community health, and advocacy. With over a decade of experience building and leading the Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention (RSVP) Center at WashU in St. Louis, I have developed innovative programs, policies, and multidisciplinary teams focused on promoting health, equity, and safety on campus. My expertise spans policy development, student advocacy, and public health initiatives, with a focus on improving outcomes through anti-bias and anti-racism practices. My efforts on the national front allowed me to influence local, state, and federal regulations while mentoring the next generation of leaders in violence response, prevention, and student wellness. Passionate about creating inclusive, affirming environments, I continue to drive systemic change in higher education both locally and nationally.
