Significant experience and a proven record of accomplishment within areas such as change management, business and technology strategic planning & execution, financial & non-financial risk management, regulatory implementation & reporting, platform development, process optimization and people management. Experience working with Committees and Councils within areas such as products, valuation, risk and regulation. As a senior leader I am used to interacting with many different internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. I have had a constant focus on building high performance teams, setting and executing ambitious targets while always being attentive to how external and internal events can impact efficiency and engagement. Currently leading a fantastic Tribe, where we through the principles of agile and new technology work towards delivering digital solutions to support our Asset Management offering.
