Leading a small Christian school is exhilarating at times, exhausting most of the time, and rewarding nearly all of the time. The constant "gear-shifting " goes a long way in honing multi-tasking skills. My time at MCCS has reminded me of the awesome support that small communities can provide. Great things are happening in this still new Christian school. My previous experience at Trinity Lutheran School gave me the knowledge and confidence to give MCCS the template for growth and success. With a wonderful teaching staff on deck, we are quickly developing into a full elementary school in a few short years. In fact, the adjective "thriving" is more fitting. Each year, my plan is to add new opportunities for the students and to maintain high expectations for our students and staff. GRIT is an important word here!
