About Kim Wright

As the founding Executive Director of the Stolte Family Foundation, Kim works closely with the co-founders to clarify their vision and develop actionable plans that center impact and community. She leads with a human-centered approach, and prioritizes relationships and community engagement. She actively explores and applies anti-racist practices that propel individuals and foundations in their aspirations of purpose and deep impact. She values community voice and expertise, and uses her platform to encourage more people to reach their generosity potential. In her past work as the Director of Family Philanthropy at Seattle Foundation, Kim specialized in helping people develop impact-driven personalized giving plans. She led Giving with Goals strategic advising and family philanthropy services. She is recognized nationally in the community foundation field as a leader who elevates the field by deepening skills and practice. Her vast experience in working with youth and understanding generational differences helped her advise families to develop more powerful giving as a group.
