About Kimara Phillips

I specialize in bridging strategy and execution to deliver seamless onboarding experiences that drive customer loyalty and business growth. With a background rooted in implementation leadership and operational efficiency, I’ve led initiatives that not only meet goals—but exceed them. Most notably, I played a key role in developing and launching new roles and workflows that directly contributed to record-breaking customer engagement. Our team exceeded our JV attachment goal by nearly 30%, thanks in part to systems I helped design to align onboarding with long-term customer success. I’m passionate about- Turning complexity into clarity for clients - Building scalable, repeatable processes - Leading cross-functional teams through change - Creating structures that power sustainable growth Whether I’m optimizing the handoff from sales, mapping custom workflows, or piloting new models, I stay grounded in one mission: making sure customers succeed—because when they do, we all do. Always open to connecting with forward-thinking teams focused on impact, innovation, and execution.
