I am an Early Childhood Education professional with sixteen years of experience in teaching within the early childhood field. My career began in Early Childhood Education, where I designed inclusive, developmentally appropriate learning environment, which has expanded into leadership, program development, event management, and community engagement. As the previous Owner and Director of a private preschool, I oversaw operations, curriculum design, staff development, and family partnerships. In higher education, I continue to teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, helping the next generation of educators grow into thoughtful leaders. Most recently, through my volunteer work with the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League, I have coordinated large-scale events, cultivated donor and sponsor relationships, and strengthened community connections, work that aligns closely with my passion for mission-driven organizations.I bring a relationship-centered approach to every role, whether coaching teachers, guiding families, or stewarding donors. My strengths include event planning, community engagement, strategic communication, and mentorship. Above all, I am motivated by the opportunity to advance equity and create pathways for children and families to thrive.
