Background

About Kimberley Clark

I am a Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry. I've worked in both union and non-union environments. My experience in a union environment involves handling union grievance responses, union arbitrations, and collective bargaining agreement negotiations. I've also worked in an environment where a union was trying to become established and where we've had work stoppages. The majority of my career has been working in a facility with an HR department of one, but I have worked in a facility where there was an HR team present onsite with the HR Manager, HR Supervisor, and three HR Assistants. It was that facility where I held the positions of HR Assistant and HR Supervisor for approximately two years for each role. Regardless of the HR presence onsite, my responsibilities were widespread and included employee training, FMLA, ADA, leave of absences, new hire onboarding, recruitment, payroll processing, workplace safety, and so much more.I can do anything HR related, but my true passion lies in the areas of employee engagement and training & development. I love meeting new people and working with individuals to learn about what drives them and where they want to go in their careers.
