Since 2013, reporting directly to VP of Integrated Health Services – Primary Health Care, as well as an additional Integrated Health Services VP. Provide high level administrative support with a strong ability to partner with management across the various departments. With a high level of professionalism successfully manage responsibilities in coordination of meetings, appointments and follow up required on all levels to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, provide first line of communication for emails and phone calls, prepare / support meetings and work collaboratively with VPs and their teams to ensure responses are completed in a timely, high quality manner. Track and maintain confidential occurrence reporting, process request and expense forms, prepare and coordinate materials in Microsoft Office programs – Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio and support direct reports payroll.
