I've spent the last 10 years working in Banking and Finance. I enjoy connecting with people who have different backgrounds. Since majority of my time in banking was centered around delivering exceptional customer service, I've always considered myself an optimistic problem solver. I was presented the opportunity to join the People & Culture team at Landmark Properties and being an Athens native, I was curious to learn more about the commercial real estate firm that gives back to the local community and what the role would intel. After a seamless interview process, I quickly realized that I was ready to move from transactional work to adding value to an organization that puts its people first. As the HR Coordinator, I'm responsible for hiring and onboarding new talent. I get to partner with Hiring Managers across the country on a daily basis. While I've only been with Landmark for 2 months, I've successfully hired 100+ new employees across 55 properties. While this is a new industry for me, I'm excited to learn more and make connections so feel free to reach out!
