I'm a trained social worker, systems thinker, and human being who cares deeply about healing, justice, and how we show up for one another. I'm passionate about reimagining systems rooted in care for the human experience, healing, liberation, and conscious unlearning- a practice I believe is essential to dismantling oppression and fostering large scale systemic change. In my clinical work, I love connecting with people through authenticity and presence, holding space for the depths of one’s experience and the possibilities of transformation unique to their path. I navigate any role I'm in guided by a deep respect for our shared humanity, a belief that we each hold a role in shaping a more compassionate world and a desire to honor these values through my actions.
