Degreed Program/Project Manager - with 16 years' experience in youth enrichment and recreation programming. Successful launch and development of the largest before and after school enrichment program on a local elementary school campus. Hired contract instructors, and managed registration, inventory, scheduling, marketing, and finances. Experienced grant writer and designer/artist. Directly responsible for the development of community partnerships and agreements. Lead Instructor who initiated programming changes that resulted in doubling of enrollment within three months.
