Throughout my career as a healthcare operations leader, I have consistently refined business operations, driven sustainable growth, elevated the patient experience, and built high-performing teams. With a strong foundation in operations management, I specialize in developing and executing strategies that streamline processes, boost efficiency, and align organizational goals with patient-centered care. Since 2022, I have served as Operations Manager at DaVita Kidney Care's outpatient dialysis facility located in Hicksville. Previously, I held Program Management roles for Maryhaven Center of Hope and Mercy Hospital which are part of Catholic Health Services. A few areas that I am particularly passionate about include: • Leading with purpose and pride. I draw deep satisfaction from guiding teams to achieve exceptional results, exceed key performance metrics, and flourish in their own professional development. • Delivering the highest standard of patient care. I approach each interaction, policy, and procedure with the same compassion and commitment as if serving a close friend or family member. • Establishing and executing strategic plans and objectives. I excel at developing and implementing a multitude of consequential initiatives that truly move the needle and align seamlessly with broader organizational goals. In addition to earning two degrees from The Ohio State University (Psychology and Political Science), I completed an MBA in Management from Molloy College with a 4.0 GPA; all while working three jobs simultaneously at Maryhaven Center of Hope, the Mental Health Association of Nassau County, and the South Shore Association for Independent Living.
