About Kimberly Canter

I am a behavioral health researcher and pediatric psychologist, working primarily in the digital health intervention space. Much of my work is focused on developing and delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions for parents and caregivers of children with chronic illnesses, leveraging technology to increase reach and scalability of these interventions. I have broad interests and experience in pediatric psychology, but conduct much of my work in psychosocial oncology and cystic fibrosis. In addition to my own program of research, I provide support and consultation to junior faculty and students who are building their own lines of work in pediatric chronic disease and intervention development and delivery. I have published widely in top peer-reviewed journals and present frequently at the national and international level.
