I am a seasoned Academic Support Services Manager with a track record of success at the University of Florida's Office of the University Registrar. In my current role, I have effectively established and executed strategic goals for the Communications & Petitions teams, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives. My commitment to excellence is evident in my dedication to fostering clarity and adherence to institutional guidelines by articulating university academic policies to internal and external stakeholders. With a keen focus on compliance, I have coordinated responses to judicial and public record requests within the Division of Enrollment Management, ensuring strict adherence to relevant federal, state, and university regulations.
