I do direct patient care with critically ill patients and their families promoting comprehensive medical management, that involves admission/discharge, CRRT, Arctic Sun, Impella, Balloon Pump, wound vacuums, wound care and treatment, mechanical ventilation, trach care, and Rotoprone bed. Prior to nursing, I was a child support investigator that managed a large case load, that required strong communication skills, case management, and self- directed, self- managed skills. I enjoy working with people and helping them to receive quality care and optimum healthcare outcomes, while striving to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
