As a healthcare executive and U.S. Air Force veteran, I bring more than 15 years of experience leading strategic transformation across federal and military health systems. I have had the privilege of directing some of the most complex and high-impact initiatives in defense healthcare, including leading the $54B integration of Air Force Medical Services into the Defense Health Agency and advising on the $63B transfer of personnel, systems, and assets supporting care for 9.6 million beneficiaries. My experience spans clinical operations, digital health modernization, emergency response, and enterprise logistics. From managing the COVID-19 response in Afghanistan to designing new veteran access protocols that resulted in $4.2 million in reimbursements, I focus on improving outcomes, increasing efficiency, and sustaining operational excellence in dynamic environments. I have led enterprise-wide IT modernization efforts that delivered $593 million in long-term savings and managed clinic operations serving patients with annual visits.
