About Kimberly Getz

I partner with leadership and teams across the organization to champion IT vision and strategy, driving a shared purpose of creating experiences that delight, inspire, and empower. I’m a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up my sleeves and work from the trenches. As a key member of the leadership team, I help shape customer success strategies, build strong relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall experience. I thrive on solving complex problems, fostering meaningful connections, and driving continuous improvement. Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to my volunteer work. I take pride in contributing my expertise to projects that support the construction and maintenance of Kingdom Halls. My skills include blueprint reading, A/V system integration (cabling, speaker and booth setup, network configuration, and troubleshooting), and team mentorship. Through my work with the Local Design/Construction Department (LDC), I’ve honed my abilities in project planning, technology implementation, and leadership.
