I bring to the table years of insightful experience in cause marketing, fundraising, and leading advocacy projects. In the last two decades of my professional involvement, I have acted as an advocate of change and improvement and successfully built and executed strategic plans, directed community outreach projects, and managed diverse revenue streams. I am particularly motivated to catalyze community action, advance opportunities for Black leaders, and promote equitable experiences for BIPOC and under-resourced communities. In my recent engagements, I have worked within the nonprofit sector, developed programs for birth workers and youth populations, developed marketing collaterals, and guided teams towards program success. I have cultivated strategic partnerships to secure grants and created systems, infrastructure, and vision in order to ensure fulfillment of desired objectives. Over the years, I have become highly proficient in networking, operational leadership, and campaign messaging, and promoting awareness. I have the experience of directly working with key decision-makers and assisting with project/campaign planning and execution. I can see through execution of plans in collaboration with multiple teams and in compliance with all objectives, while simultaneously working with stakeholders including partners, donors, coalitions, and think-tanks. Throughout my career, I have been known for my strong communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities and recognized as a committed leader/manager with a strong approach towards generating value-added outcomes within designated periods.
