My journey in healthcare supply chain began during the pandemic, where I developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of managing backorders and sourcing specialized products for pediatric care. Since then, I’ve honed my skills in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation, always striving to find the best solutions for the unique needs of our patients. I believe in a balanced approach to supply chain management, integrating operational excellence with customer intimacy and product leadership. By tailoring solutions to the specific demands of pediatric care, I work closely with clinical teams and vendors to ensure efficient, cost-effective sourcing that contributes to better patient outcomes. My experience working in a limited market has strengthened my creativity and resilience in sourcing the right products and supplies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University and am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
