About Kimberly Iley

My areas of work include preparation and planning of individual, trust, estate, and corporate tax returns; performing certified business valuations; helping clients resolve issues with the Internal Revenue Service and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue; and assisting clients with QuickBooks issues. I prepare certified business valuations for a number of reasons which include annual calculations for buy/sell agreements, estate planning/wealth transfer, estate tax purposes, divorces, and business purchases or dispositions. I am active in the Oshkosh business community, serving on the boards of various professional groups. I served as past Treasurer for the Winnebagoland Estate Planning Council and as past President of Women in Management’s Oshkosh Chapter. In addition to being a member of various Oshkosh organizations, I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
