About Kimberly Jagdeo

I am an aspiring business analyst, born in Scarborough, ON, grew up in Brampton, and went to school in Mississauga (University of Toronto and Sheridan College). I love to read, travel, bake and enjoy the outdoors. I have travelled to five different countries in the past but look forward to visiting many more. I also enjoy continuously challenging myself, physically and mentally – I have completed the Heart and Stroke 25k Ride for Heart multiple times and am constantly learning new skills such as project management techniques. As a Marketing Communications Associate, I worked on several concurrent projects, including a corporate re-branding, where I was responsible for updating marketing and sales collateral. In my previous role as a Software Support Specialist, I demonstrated my hardworking nature, attentive listening and adaptiveness, earning the distinction of Rookie of the Year in 2019 for being an outstanding associate within my first year being with the company. I recently completed my post-graduate certification in Business Analysis and Process Management, where I honed my presentation and problem-solving skills. Through our capstone project, I was able to apply the theory we learned in class to a real-world situation, deepening my analytical skills and passion for research/analytics. Let’s connect!
