Ms. Johnson has over ten years of experience in management, strategy formulation and execution, decision support and analytics consulting, and training & development. As a Senior Manager in Organizational Change Management, she has acquired significant industry knowledge and client delivery expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing, for National Institutes of Health. Ms. Johnson's pivotal role in all of the positions held has been to ensure training & professional development for all employees is successful from inception to completion. This experience includes organizational development, strategic planning, change management, project management and business transformation while ensuring compliance with federal regulations & standards, and proactive implementation of training & development principles and policies using the SLDC and ADDIE models. Under Ms. Johnson's leadership, organizations have achieved noted success in the implementation of diverse, high-profile strategy formulation, execution, and training initiatives, often in rapid development training environments. Her wealth of talent is supported with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavior Studies and Masters of Arts in Instructional Systems Development.
