Strong operations professional graduated from St Charles Community College. I love what I do! I love taking care of my employees just as much as helping my partners. Serving the customers, growing the business and coming with out of the box ideas are my specialty. In my 15 years with OneSource Solutions I have watched our team grow from 3 to 100 + employees. It is exciting to watch the team members that I have mentored excel in their career path weather they stay with the company or move to the next level in their career. I focus on collaboration with our teams to make the environment productive and fun. I have successfully excelled in sales, account management, sales development and operation management. A little more about me: I love dogs! I have four dogs and enjoy watching them on our property run around. Golfing, running, bicycling, Kayaking and off-roading with a side by side are a few of the things I enjoy. I also am a “Big” with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
