About Kimberly Khan

I am a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Care Assessor and Team Leader based in Suffolk. I lead a team in Felixstowe, in delivering high-quality, personalized care, conducting detailed risk assessments, writing care plans, and ensuring compliance and the well-being of customers through regular reviews and audits. I am responsible for ensuring that care plans, risk assessments, and other important documentation are consistently up to date, and that care is delivered in line with high-quality standards. In addition to my office-based duties, I’m frequently involved in fieldwork, liaising with customers and their families to ensure smooth transitions into care services. I also have a background as a Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Carer, and Early Years Teaching Assistant, which has equipped me with the skills to manage challenging behaviours, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate care records. My psychology training enhances my ability to understand and meet the diverse needs of individuals in my care. I’m passionate about supporting others and take pride in the opportunity to help people live more fulfilling lives. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and improve the care I provide.
