For over 15 years, I’ve led mission-driven organizations through transformative growth—mobilizing resources, building trust, and expanding access to essential services for those who need them most. As the CEO of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, I’ve had the honor of stewarding one of our community’s most trusted organizations into a new chapter of strength and sustainability. Since 2019, we’ve: • Tripled our net assets • Achieved five consecutive years of surplus • Raised a record $2.5MM in a single year • Secured a $2MM state investment for our future home • Expanded every core program for families facing childhood cancer But the numbers are only part of the story. What drives me—every day—is the opportunity to create hope, connection, and possibility for people navigating their hardest seasons.
