My first opportunity into tech began with a conversation about an Arnold Palmer. This happened during my interview with Wisely's CEO as we discussed the joy of creating memorable moments for repeat customers—having their drink ready when they arrive because it shows they’re remembered and cared for. This philosophy of attentiveness and care has always been central to how I approach work! Now, with 3+ years of experience in SaaS project management and implementation and over a decade of customer facing roles, I’ve honed my skills in customer onboarding, account management, and strategic implementation. My background in the restaurant and hospitality industry gives me a unique, customer-first perspective, enabling me to build strong relationships, drive client success, and deliver measurable improvements in client retention and product adoption. I’m confident in my ability to make a meaningful impact and am excited to bring my expertise to any role! Outside of work, you’ll often find me behind a camera capturing the city, running alongside a run club, or enjoying quality time with loved ones.
