Over 30 years of collections experience, with operating knowledge in bankruptcy, repossessions, foreclosures, liquidations, small claims, garnishments, citations & levies. Managing Collateral Protection Insurance Program as well as monitor collateral lien perfecting. Provide creative hardship solutions and workouts on poor performing or troubled loans and monitor post modification performance. Work with repossession agencies, third party collection companies and attorneys for both collateral and asset recovery. Provide training, leadership and mentoring staff to take pride in our credit union and give excellent service to our membership and co-workers. Oversee collection efforts and conduct performance reviews for collectors and administrative team, ensuring quality control and training opportunities. Collaborate with other department managers and Executives in reviewing and revision of policy and procedures to ensure the credit union is operating at maximum efficiency.
