With a $13.6 million department budget, I've successfully navigated complex challenges, including intricate labor negotiations for sworn and miscellaneous units, a citywide classification study, transition management of the City of Tracy Fire to South San Joaquin County Fire Authority, and the development of a forward-thinking Compensation Philosophy adopted by the City Council.
