About Kimberly Ng

A dedicated individual who enjoys learning, strives for excellence and seeks to give back to society. There are two things Kimberly has always wanted to explore in life - Teaching and Psychology. After spending a few years loving her career in education, she is now exploring her other passion - Psychology, specifically in People Development, Change Management and Coaching. She believes that since work has become such an integral part of our lives, both organizations and employees are constantly searching for mutual fit to achieve the best possible outcomes in productivity, engagement and impact. Kimberly wants to discover how this can be achieved, and how people can be coached to their maximum potential, be self-aware and intentional about they way they live and lead, and experience success both in their personal and professional lives.
