About Kimberly Nutzmann

At the young adult age of 18 I felt what it was like to be a Manager, Team Leader, and Trainer. I loved it. I still do. In the almost 23 years I’ve been in the work force, I’ve learned a lot. I continue to learn and grow daily. I’ve learned that I really enjoy being a leader, helping people to grow within themselves, and within a team. I’ve learned how much I love to train and teach people. That’s probably the favorite part of all the positions I’ve held. I get to connect with people building relationships, teaching and, coaching along the way. I’ve also learned a lot from many of the awesome people I’ve had the pleasure of being part of a team with. It’s been a roller coaster ride, I’ve started over many times, and I’ve worked my way back up.
