About Kimberly Nye

Hello, My name is Kimberly. I am a very outgoing, positive, and ambitious woman. Throughout my work experience I have obtained great customer service skills through assisting customers, effective assertive communication, and professionalism. I have experience in being a courtesy clerk, cashier, data entry clerk, bus coordinator, parts delivery driver, a cleaner for well-known health facilities, businesses, and even residential homes in Elko County. I have experience with providing services for the elderly, children, and their pets such as deep cleaning, shampooing carpets, grocery shopping, bathing, filing, yard work, etc. I take much pride in all that I do while always obtaining integrity. I graduated from Spring Creek High School in 2007 while being offered the MTC scholarship through Barrick Goldstrike. I received an Associates of Arts degree in 2010 through Great Basin College and I am two courses away from receiving an Associates of Applied Science degree in Human Services. With completion of those two courses, I would obtain two Certificates of Achievements. One in Human Services and the other in Substance Abuse Counseling. I am half way through a Bachelors in Social Work as well. I love making a difference and positive influence in the lives of others. Learning about the ethical codes, conduct, and standards professionals are to obtain within society to maintain that balance of equality and justice means a lot to me, due to the fact that so many have the temptation to abuse their power within society with little to no thought about those they leave afflicted. I have a 2-year-old son who lights my path and helps me to see how important it is to stand strong in what it is I believe in.
