I currently lead the Incentive Compensation & Analytics support team at nCino, a leading cloud banking software company, where I manage a group of dedicated customer advocates who handle complex and sensitive customer issues on a daily basis. As a collaborative and proactive leader, I foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among my team, evaluating their performance and providing them with mentorship and guidance. I also contribute to the enhancement of customer support processes and standards, leveraging my expertise in Zendesk and CRM systems.
