I am a coaching leader and resourceful director of all things data who drives efficiency and productivity by practicing and encouraging continuous process improvement. I approach data with a dynamic and adaptable mindset, ready to change direction to meet organizational and client needs during complicated times. Highly empathic and customer service oriented, I teach teams how to retain and support at-risk clients. With a collaborative nature and a willingness to roll up my sleeves, you’ll often find me implementing new systems and smoothing their rough edges with support from my team. No matter what department you’re in, teams keep organizations running. That’s why I invest in my teams through cross-training and professional development, patiently cultivating talent and promoting internally. Most importantly, I give them space to recommend and implement improvements and encourage them to pursue passion projects, improving their satisfaction with work. Having started my career in accounts payable, I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and a taste for accuracy. As an accounting supervisor, I learned how to find and implement new technologies while supporting teams. Now, I ensure data quality and encourage business development by understanding clients, investing in teams, and skillfully translating tech into business (and vice versa!). At work, it’s no surprise to find me creating professional development plans for my team members. Everything changes when I get home!
