Educator, program leader, and community advocate with 25+ years of experience designing inclusive, inquiry-based learning environments. As a library media specialist and English teacher, I’ve led faculty development, integrated instructional technology, and built literacy programs that empower students and educators alike. I specialize in connecting education, healing, and community engagement—whether through curriculum, nature, or conversation. As a board member and support group facilitator at Compass Center, I’m passionate about developing survivor-centered curriculum and expanding community education around domestic violence. I believe education is the pathway to both healing and cultural change. Rooted in my background as an experiential educator and lifelong gardener, I continue to find inspiration in the region’s trails and outdoor spaces.
