I’m a school leader, instructional coach, and advocate for Universal Design for Learning (UDL), passionate about designing inclusive, learner-centered environments where both students and educators can thrive. With over 20 years of experience across six countries, I specialize in building schoolwide systems that translate vision into action through strategic program development, high-impact professional learning, and coaching that leads to real, lasting change. Whether I’m co-creating learning models with leadership teams, facilitating reflective coaching conversations, or leading data-informed curriculum work, my goal remains the same: to deepen understanding, empower others, and move people and schools forward together. Currently based in Tokyo, I serve as Support Specialist and UDL Coach at the American School in Japan and consult internationally in inclusive instructional design. I'm energized by connection, strong coffee, and conversations that move ideas into action. Preferably all at once!
