Kim’s experience includes large system takeovers from incumbent vendors to learn application/system processes and details while implementing new operational processes to improve the overall day to day operations and manage defect fixes and enhancement improvements to empower users and better their experience. Kim has led the creation and implementation of Medicaid Unwind to provide her state clients the plan and capabilities for the Medicaid Eligibility system to re-assess participants after the Public Health Emergency ended. Kim has worked with the Commonwealth of KY and States of OR, AR, TN and TX. She also has experience with claim adjudication logic and a Commercial Health Insurance provider focusing on Medicare Part D.
