Kimberly Y. Robinson, Esq. is a highly respected Government Affairs professional. With 20 years experience primarily focused in the insurance and health care space, she has worked as an insurance regulator, insurance regulatory attorney, lobbyist/consultant and corporate government affairs director. Kimberly has been a key voice shaping insurance policy in Maryland and other Mid-Atlantic states. From the accessibility of homeowners insurance in rural Maryland to the affordability of auto insurance in urban areas, from financial regulation and state banking issues to health insurance issues, Kimberly has worked on a myriad of issues before legislative and regulatory bodies. Most recently, as a Regional Director of a Fortune 15 global health service company, her work has focused on health care matters including pharmacy benefit management, telehealth, behavioral health, benefit design, utilization management, state health insurance exchanges, Medicare Advantage, data privacy, provider reimbursement and ERISA preemption issues.
