About Kimberly Ryberg

I provide representation before Administrative Law Judges, the Appeals Council and the U.S. District Court to individuals seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA). Those seeking benefits from the SSA, after they've become unable to work due to injury and/or illness, often find themselves strangled by an unfamiliar and complicated process. I've found this work rewarding in many aspects, not the least of which is due to the satisfaction that has come with helping people access benefits that will help them get medical attention they need and assist their family to maintain the basic necessities of life such as food and housing. The mediation aspect of my practice allows me to be of assistance to people facing legal issues by offering them an opportunity to be heard and to take control of the process by finding a resolution that meets their unique needs as individuals without getting the court involved. I also represent individuals who have been injured on their jobs, who have suffered injuries in an auto accident or become injured due to the negligence of another. I also provide Power of Attorney (both financial and healthcare), Advanced Directives, and Wills.
