Lastly, I oversee and manage the financials for a service with regard to forecasting and actuals and confirming receipt and payments. As a Service Owner, I work on cost models for service chargebacks, making them comparable to public service offerings. I also work with our service architects, engineers, and operations teams, along with our supplier and vendors to ensure that we are delivering quality services that our employees can consume. For my part-time job, I taught HVAC and IT students how to use Microsoft Office applications (endpoint client and web-based), and robotics students regarding how computer hardware /operating systems work and troubleshooting either (A+ prep) for ~2 years.
