My journey in technology began at Verizon Wireless, where I spent three years honing my skills and discovering a deep passion for software and operating systems. During my tenure at Verizon Wireless, I developed a profound understanding of software and operating systems, which came effortlessly to me. Despite my passion for problem-solving, I transitioned to sales in the Multifamily Real Estate industry, leveraging my networking and sales capabilities. Over several years in property management, I developed a diverse skill set encompassing event planning, resident retention, lead-to-lease conversion, and SOP documentation and training. I joined Yardi Systems as a Technical Account Manager for the RentCafe platform and swiftly advanced to a Team Lead position. I established and led a national support and implementation team, serving our largest and most strategic clients. Following the launch of RentCafe CRM, I shifted to a Consulting position, refocusing on direct client and product management. After successfully working as a Senior Consultant with one of our largest clients, I moved back to a leadership role. Currently, as a Senior Team Lead of the implementation team, I focus on helping clients transition to selected RentCafe products, primarily our latest angular-framework Elevate product, CRM IQ.
