From the vast and beautiful African continent (Senegal, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania) to the high north among the immense glaciers and volcanos of Iceland, I've been on 4 continents and to 20+ countries including Denmark, Cambodia, Belgium, Canada, and the Isle of Malta. I’ve had years of success and experience with writing, editing, designing, consulting, project management, and implementing multiple printing features within my projects. I was exceedingly honored to extensively work on the African Study Bible project - the very first Study Bible where notes and study content were written by Africans for Africans. I diligently labored to help African writers and editors present their authentic voice through the developing and publishing process. The desired result took African Bible publishing to an unprecedented level of independence. This tremendous project involved 350 authors, 50 nations, and 6 language translations so far - with the French translation now in production. I also spent considerable time on a 4-year contract project for the Gideon’s International that spanned well over 100 languages and had Bibles and New Testaments distributed all over the world. But mostly. the lasting effects of what I do has everything to do with the incredible people I meet along the way. They have made an everlasting imprint on my life and heart and inspire me to continue writing, managing, and equipping Bible publishing with one person, one team at a time. To do what I do has given me the opportunity to travel and I have done so as often as I can, especially with mission groups, where I was able to meet many people and help those in need. I often experienced unforgettable kindness and hospitality in return. In between my journeys, I am content to work from home base in the USA, usually with the company of a little Yorkie, gardening and enjoying time well-spent with my family and friends.
