I have more than five years of experience in the communications industry working as a customer assistant, six years of experience in the furniture retail industry, and twelve years in the financial industry, which was dedicated to assisting customers and/or loan officers/management. Each of these positions allowed me to function in an administrative capacity on occasion. Specialties: Extensive knowledge of commercial credit documentation procedures and forms, including promissory notes, loan agreements, security agreements, UCC forms, liens, titles, real estate mortgages, appraisals, surveys, title insurance and environmental reports. Can perform verification of corporations; obtain certificates of good standing and UCC lien searches.
