Webb offers 20 years of private sector and public entity experience in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation and Risk Management. Kimberly is considered a subject matter expert in ADA and has significant focus on Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) in addition to ADA program development and oversight. As a highly sought-after consultant, Kimberly provides educational and entertaining scenario-based training for new supervisors, experienced managers and human resource departments. In 2018, Kimberly was featured as a workshop speaker and expert panelist at the Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) Conference in Orlando, FL. In 2019, she opened the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) Compliance Conference in Portland, OR and was featured on the Round Table of Experts.
