About Kimberly Thomas

Connecting people, ideas, and opportunities is my superpower. After a formative start on Wall Street, I turned my lifelong passion for creativity into a career spanning more than 20 years across stationery, gifts, fashion, and home décor. My designs and collections have always reflected the timeless charm of New England’s coastal shores — a theme that continues to inspire everything I do today. In 2016, I launched Shorelines Illustrated, a media platform celebrating the life and leisure of Coastal New England. That work laid the foundation for New England Coastal Creative (NECC), which I founded in 2020 and established as an LLC in 2025. Today, NECC is a creative collective and platform that connects brands and creatives through: Community (Energize): signature events, gatherings, and collaborations. Media (Excite): Currents newsletter, Shorelines Illustrated, Greenwich Illustrated, and the Creative Confidential podcast. Agency (Engage): NECC-SUITE, offering creative direction, content, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations including BrandBox and The Suite Life. Commerce: NECCESSities, a curated affiliate and merchandise shop. Through this ecosystem, I bring people and brands together to tell stories, forge collaborations, and create experiences that make waves.
